Physical Therapy

Liz Giometti graduated from Northwestern University in 1996 with a Masters of Physical Therapy degree. Liz has also been a certified Personal Trainer since 2001.

Carrie Steffes graduated from Nothern Illinois University in 2002 with a Masters of Physical Therapy.

Both have worked primarily in orthopedics since graduating. A few areas of their expertise include balance training, postural correction, core stability, athletic enhancement, and injury rehab/prevention.

Both participate in sporting activities year-round including marathon training, inline skating, cycling, yoga, volleyball, tennis, and weightlifting.
